Spent my morning tending to my plants and that really boosted my mental health ...being in nature and having a house full of plants has always been therapeutic for me.
Here is where my plant journey began.
1. Try to find some nature trails near you and see go for a walk on your own or with a group of friends
2. If your schedule doesn't allow you to have walks or you live somewhere you cannot access a nature trail, buy potted plants and flowers and make one for yourself.
