Today is Day 2 of my 100 Days of Mental Health challenge. Starting my day with breakfast out in the patio i created last year as a DIY art therapy activity as i start my June reads.

1. I am here now by the mindfulness project
It is a creative mindfulness guide and journal from which i hope to get more tips that i can incorporate in my daily life and also in my program, Spring by MMMF
2. I know how she does it by Laura Vanderkam
From which i looking to get much needed tips on how i will balance work, travel and exploring when I am on my US speaking tour
I know it gets really busy and books can be the last thing on your mind, but the discipline to put at least hour aside to read is an amazing discipline and books have this amazing serenity that TV or being on social media or even having one on one conversations do not really give me
